Reward Redemption

Users may redeem rewards earned through LVL for in-game currencies or, where available, for platform gift cards (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, or equivalent). The availability of specific redemption methods is not guaranteed, and if no suitable gift card option exists for a user’s needs, LVL is not responsible for providing an alternative.

Pilot Program and Limited Availability

LVL is currently operating a beta program with limited participation and availability of rewards, including PLEX for EVE Online, V-Bucks for Fortnite, and FC Points for FIFA FC. During this beta, functionalities, features, and rewards may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our sole discretion and without liability.

Prepaid Card Waitlist Disclaimer

LVL is currently collecting interest in a potential prepaid credit card product but has not yet launched such a product. Submitting an email and other information to our waitlist does not guarantee access to a future card, nor does it constitute an application for financial services. LVL is not a financial institution and does not issue payment cards directly. Any future card offering will be subject to regulatory approval and will be issued by a licensed financial institution in partnership with LVL. We make no guarantees as to the availability, approval process, or timeline of such a product.

No Guarantees on Earnings or Rewards

Tasks, challenges, and referral benefits offered through LVL are subject to change. Completing a task or referring users does not guarantee the issuance of any specific reward. We may adjust or revoke challenges, alter reward values, impose conditions, or end the referral program at any time without prior notice.
